That’s right. I’m proclaiming Jiffy Lube to be the one of the cleverest of manipulating weasels to exist in the business world today. To sum it up… assholes (remember I did post a warning, so if you are offended, I apologize).
How is it that I come in for a mere oil change and walk out $150 in whole the next. Ryan was pissed, I was pissed, I was taken like a fly to a fly trap.
My car is only 1.5 years old at that and they sold me a new radiator cap. Where were my balls? Well back at the ranch I guess.
At Jiffy Lube, One of the big guys came up to me and said in a rushed tone…”you need this and this and this…. because these must be changed ever so-many thousand miles”… I felt rushed to make a decision so I just stared blankly and said, “my dealership has previously managed all my oil changes and if they didn’t have a “whatever you call it filter in there…then why do I need this now?” He looked at me patronizingly and says they don’t know but it is required to keep the car functioning at top condition.
I just become paralyzed and with no control, since I did leave my balls at the ranch, I say “whatever”. …. this was mere stupidity manifesting.
So, through guerrilla, viral marketing tactics, I would like to put in a motion to boycott Jiffy Lube, Geezus, from now on I will go to my dealer, at least I can trust their opinion and they already made a couple a grand on me and never once ever was I told I need to change me radiator cap! What the F*&#@ck is that anyway?
I was pushed, bullied and raped of my own self empowerment and decisiveness! You would think an MBA student would have where-with-all to combat such evil manipulativeness, BUT, what is done is done, I blame my apathy and my missing balls!
Damn that Jiffy Lube- Never again… As Ryan might appreciate I equate Jiffy Lube to the undermining, sniveling and evil….KAAAAAHHHHHNNNNN!

Sweet! Geekdom must be far more inherent for me than I ever would imagine no less admit to, but I just cannot help it, I get it innocently, my mom would spend most Saturday afternoons at the tele watching original Star Trek episodes while simultaneously reading Lord of the Rings for the 20th time.. go figure.
