What a freakin Monday!

I think I shed a lot of myself off this weekend. Mainly because any essence of extra time was wrapped up in homework, job searching, networking and all that crap.
Last week I learned 90% of jobs are taken or offered because of their network. No , not cell phone, just people. Darn it. I know I’ve already commented on the degree of separation to getting a job, but didn’t realize how serious that was. So now I’m off the computer and out trying to “network”. Joy.
This last paper was the worst. I still have 4 more to do before this class is up on the 3rd weekend of July! I don’t know if I’ll make it. God bless me dearest most academically acquired and Shakespeare aficionado Miss Marcie. She was my hero this afternoon. And, actually Ryan was too, up with me to the 11:50 moment helping me make sense of the 10 pages of jibberish I somehow pumped outta me over the last 7 days.
Okay it is now 1:07 am. I think I’ve had enough down time accompanied by a Skinny Dip, good beer from Belguim brewing. A way to calm the nerves after oh……60 hours of work on the damn paper.
Tomorrow I get to go to Networking Class Wheeeeeee, then start reading for the next freaking paper so I can do this all over again. Joy.

OF COURSE! Wouldn’t miss it. We do have our friend’s baby shower/BBQ that afternoon, I’m sure it won’t go until 6pm.
