Letting Go…………..
Friday, September 8th, 2006 | School

There comes a point to when you are either FORCED to let go, or,
you finally realize it’s just about gosh darn time to say, “It’s DONE”!
Due time Midnight tonight. Deadline met with a few hours left and counting!
Mission- to complete 3 Extremely comprehensive essays about 3 extremely time intensive studies on Business Management Theory, one being a Case study on Nordstrom’s.
Go figure!
I have reached maximum capacity for any further intelligent analysis on these essay responses.
Upon completion of the essays, I of being perfection sound mind, re-read, re-wrote, re-read again and continued on that editing platform, not realizing my biggest struggle would be ensuring it is aligned in the APA style (whatever APA means) along with citing all references (APA) meaning, quoting direct references and even those that are so implied. Well, I have a ton of implied references of course, one of the most creative pieces of writing is being able to basicaly conjure a new way of saying what had already been said in the reading, creatively, intelligently and accurately but most of all not the same way, not using the same words at least.
No pressure, but it is pressure. Pressure to perform well, however, this is the first assignment and I can only hope that in graduate school, they grade on a curve…right?
So, I have finally….”let go” with the adjunct to my instructor ” This first experience will be a major learning for me and for others I imagine. I hope to refine and develop my writing abilities and get a better understanding of effective case writing as we venture forward in this class.”
That should ensure at least an “A for Effort” right? Ah now it’s time to focus on the next assignment.
FINANCES…. “run away”….”run away”….
Oh, wait….first thing first.. now where is that bottle of wine???????
2 Comments to Letting Go…………..
Congratulations on completing your essay questions with time to spare and 2 bottles of wine to celebrate with.
